Healtheries Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea is traditionally taken after meals to improve and soothe digestion, and relieve nausea, heartburn and flatulence. It is also relaxing to the nervous system and soothing to the nerves.
Precautions:
This tea is safe to take during pregnancy but may aggravate reflux or heartburn conditions. It is not recommended during breastfeeding as it is considered too aggravant for infant digestion.
Peppermint tea may cause burning and gastrointestinal upset in some people. It should be avoided by people with chronic heartburn, and liver and gallbladder problems.
Directions for Use:
To make this Herbal tea, use only china, glass, or pottery teapots.
Bring fresh cold water to the boil and pour over 1 teabag per cup of water. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the flavour by the length of infusion
